Hi Hazel,

This report surprises me, as I tested that exact image a number of
times in a number of different scenarios and it worked fine for me.

Can you tell us more about your setup, please? How do you use the ISO?
On a USB stick, or on a CD/DVD? If on USB, how exactly did you write
the USB stick?

What partition and filesystem setup did you use?

Finally, there should be log files in /var/log/installer on your new
system. Could you share those with us as well please?
