Bug#823614: add UEFI boot support for armhf

Package: debian-cd
Version: 3.1.17
Severity: normal

EFI boot support should be in the kernel shortly for armhf kernels;
add grub etc. to armhf CDs and DVDs to allow CD/USB boot for armhf
too!
