Hi Anders, on DC there are usually irc channels which one can join to take part in the discussion and we're hoping that there will be a video stream. Skype is not free product thus not used during any official Debian meetings also highly discouraged to use it at all. Hopefully we'll have video stream and irc channel to talk talk, so we should be ok.
