Bug#690820: cdimage.debian.org: add link to generated date
I sometimes downloaded d-i install image from web browser.
And confused with its file name "netinst.iso, netinst(1).iso, netinst(2).iso..."
Well, I think some of users get same annoyed situation.
I'd be happy if you'll provide daily image with its generated date
like "20121017-debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso" or so.
Maybe you say " ls -l " can solve it, but it is an another solution and
it needs some steps to check it. I prefer no manual operation to see it
and it's better improvement like "100 paper cuts" in Ubuntu.
I guess, provide its link as "20121017-debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso"
from debian-testing-amd64-netinst.iso as it is enough, so it's not
so hard thing, isn't it?
will be linked to
first arch, then date is good for users. and listed images in arch directory as
> "wheezy" businesscard for each arch except s390 (small image, no packages - just contains d-i)
Well, businesscard image is probably discontinued, please remove it if so.
