Just a data point: I successfully created via jigdo the weekly amd64 DVD-1 ISO 
image dated from 26-Mar-2012 08:29, that is: 
http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/weekly-builds/amd64/jigdo-dvd/debian-
testing-amd64-DVD-1.jigdo
(the final md5sum matched, and JFTR ftp.bg.debian.org was used as a mirror to 
grab the files).
