Instead of syslinux/usr/lib/syslinux/isohdpfx.bin one may use the
original USB-stick-bootable ISO image. xorriso will copy up to 32 kB
from the given file into the start of the emerging new ISO image.
E.g:

  -isohybrid-mbr debian-6.0.4-i386-netinst.iso
