Hi,

This looks like incorrectly burnt optical media. Please try to use 
'check_debian_iso' script to verify the ISO image you've downloaded and the 
optical media you've burnt, as described at:

http://www.debian.org/CD/faq/#verify

* get the check_debian_iso script from the URL shown there
* get http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/6.0.3/i386/iso-dvd/MD5SUMS
(check the gpg signature as described at: http://www.debian.org/CD/verify)

1) Check the ISO image itself:
./check_debian_iso MD5SUMS debian-6.0.3-i386-DVD-1.iso

alternatively:
# md5sum debian-6.0.3-i386-DVD-1.iso
should result in:
aad89cd0b6c1b454c554b37ee6034041 


2) Check the optical media:
./check_debian_iso MD5SUMS debian-6.0.3-i386-DVD-1.iso /dev/dvd

note: /dev/dvd is the device file you your DVD writer.
