Package: cdimage.debian.org Today I've created (by jigdo) squeeze image: I wanted to nstall amd64 distro. I choosed dvd device to boot and saw squeeze installer's boot screen. It asked what to do: graphical or text mode, etc. But my USB keyword didn't work in this screen, so I couldn't continue installing. A few years ago I installed debian/lenny/i386 on this host without any problem. BIOS supports the keyword properly, too. I was forced to install debian using debootstrap + knoppix (6.2). Knoppix's first screen works properly with my keyboard: Bus 001 Device 004: ID 177f:0060 Sweex (see lsusb.txt in attache) Squeeze (which was installed using debootstrap) supports the keyword, too (I write this mail from this host).
