Thanks for reporting your success, Andreas. The installation method
with one CD and no mirror is not very often tested and it's very good
news to see that it is working properly!

I think this is indeed something that our recently passed friend Frans
Pop (http://www.debian.org/News/2010/20100831), who worked with a
great commitment with the Debian Installer and debian-cd
teams....would have liked to see. So, very special thanks to you for
that report. I'm particularly happy to see that the only action I have
to do...is to close it..:-)

(I suspect the hang problem you mention has probably nothing to do
directly with the installer itself)
