That's simply because there isn't enough space on a single CD, I'm
afraid. If we made a bigger number of CDs in the KDE set, it would
probably be somewhere on CD#2 or CD#3. It's also not even listed in
the KDE task - talk to the KDE team if you'd like that changed.
