Bug#570470: debian-cd: Expose CDNAME in conf.sh

Package: debian-cd
Version: 3.1.1
Severity: normal
Tags: patch

Debian-cd (effectively) hard-codes the distribution name given in the cd filenames.
This patch should expose the configuration setting used.
Thanks,
kk
