Not from cdimage, no. We never shipped all those ISOs, just the set
that matched 5.0.2a.

Yes, as documented in the HEADER.html at the top of the tree. The
update images did not need to change at all to fix the bugs that were
reported, so there was no point in wasting the effort to replace them.
