Any suggestions on how to do this are welcome! Unfortunately, you have to 
trust new shops to some degree - you don't know that they cause problems 
until after some people have *had* problems with them... Also, IMHO 
removing entries after a single bad report from a customer is problematic, 
as sometimes DVDs just get lost in the mail or similar.
