need 'howto' help, newbie to linux, want to install debian to hd on laptop, specs follow
?possible to boot from floppy then launch intall from (1) an external USB CD-ROM, or (2) a USB pendrive with livecd iso, or (3) network?
can boot from floppy, can read an attached USB CD-ROM drive using microsoft mscdex, unable to figure out how to access USB pendrive under DOS, have loadln
