I'm sorry to hear about your problems! This is especially bad because the shop is run by a Debian Developer, Andreas Müller. However, the shop is not an "official Debian shop" or anything, it is entirely Andreas's own business. I've CCd Andreas - any comment on this situation would be most welcome! Andreas, if you don't answer or if there are further problems with other customers of the site, I may remove your shop from our vendor list!
