Bug#312519: marked as done (BitTorrent tracker doesn't know about 3.1r0a torrents)

Hi,

although torrents for the 3.1r0a release are available, the tracker
(http://bttracker.acc.umu.se:6969/) doesn't seem to know about those
torrents, making downloading impossible.

It does track the 3.1r0 release isos though, so downloading those
is still possible.

"Error: Requested download is not authorized for use with this tracker."

3.1r0a is no longer available through bittorrent, but 3.1r5 and 4.0r0 are.
