No, sorry. The multi-arch netinst is a very new feature in the last
few months.

It should be _possible_ to make one, but you'll need to do a fair
amount of hackery on debian-cd to do so. If you want to try, then use
the scripts under tools/boot/etch to give you an idea of the similar
changes you'll need for sarge. It'll be quite involved, I'm afraid.
