Yep, but not http://... A disadvantage of using a fixed URL would be
ignoring possible mirrors.

I did not provide a URL to jigdo-lite but only a local jigdo file:
$ jigdo-lite debian-testing-i386-DVD-1.jigdo

I didn't know that jigdo-lite support URL's. Will use this in the future ...
