i386 bit torrent broken links

Hello,
The 3.1r2 i386 bit torrent links are broken.
http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r2/i386/bt-cd/debian-31r2-i386-binary-1.iso.torrent
actually points to
http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r2/i386/bt-cd/debian-31r2-i386-binary-1.iso
wich is not there.
The torrent files are at the directory
http://ftp.se.debian.org/debian-cd/3.1_r2/i386/bt-cd
but i guess not all people realize that.
Please, correct the issue.
