Download Binary 12 fails

hi debian-cd team,

I downloaded

debian-31r0a-i386-binary-xx.iso

from mirror server tu frankfurt

all iso's downloaded fine through fresh downloadmanager but
  
debian-31r0a-i386-binary-12.iso

failed after 621.56 MByte of 648.03 MByte

Tried same download from other mirrors andfrom main server in sweden,
same - negative -  result
