Wrong file size on DVD ISO

The file size for the following DVD ISO is way to small. My download 
manager says it is only 378MB.

http://cdimage.debian.org/cdimage/unofficial/sarge-amd64/iso-dvd/debian-31r0a-amd64-binary-1.iso

The file found via FTP seems to be the correct size, but I am having 
trouble accessing as too many people are logged in via FTP.
