They are probably gone by now, since those are pre-sarge testing snapshots. Unless these match:
http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/cd/jigdo-area/http://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/ would be a better place to get ISOs now, until we build current testing snapshot isos.
