Debian-CD mirrors that have 3.1_r0, but not 3.1_r0a
Sorry for cross-posting. I'm not sure which is the correct list, but my
impression is that the answer is "both" in this case.

have 3.1_r0 images, but don't have 3.1_r0a images, yet:
