Wow, don't I feel like an idiot. It was during the amd64 update. I apologize.

I'm using the jigdo from http://cdimage.debian.org/pub/cdimage-testing/cd/jigdo-area/amd64/debian-testing-amd64-binary-4.jigdo

Additionally, these two are giving 403 Forbidden:
