I figured it was a multi-server setup, but wasn't certain. I've updated a number of isos this morning (4-5) and the same thing happens. 20-35 files are missing in the FTP archive, so it switches to HTTP. I'm getting 150+Kps on the FTP and 2-10 Kps on the HTTP. It just seemed a bit odd.
