Many kernels are on the exclude list because some stupid scripts in
debian-cd want to add _all_ kernels to the first CD. If we do this, we
end up with a CD with about 3-400 mb of kernels on it. This is not the
best possible use of space on our first CD.

If someone wants to fix the excludes to only apply to the CD, and not
the DVD, that would be great.
