Documentation copy error

How do I avoid getting the following messages during the 'make bootable'
~ step in creating a custom debian cd set?

WARNING: Using sid bootdisk documentation
ERROR: Unable to copy installer documentation to CD.

I've tried putting the installer manual in doc/install/manual/en on the
mirror as the netinst README says, I have had a doc directory in the
installer-i386 directory on the mirror, and some variations thereon.

Can these be safely ignored, or is there something I am missing?

Thanks,

Daniel
