Hi Andras!

The main difference is, that official images are build of the debian
team itself. Once they are created they are not changed and (more
important) the are fairly tested.

Unoffical images are build by someone else (me for instance) and can
contain other software like some additional packages. Or they are
the same then official ones (apart from the name) - like it is the
case for woody dvds - they are not released as official ones right now.
