I made some images and jigdos for them. They can be found here:

I created them and they fix on normal DVD-R media. They have been
tested from Jan Houstek and they seem to work quite good. I have no
negative responses - since I got no responses at all, except from
Jan and just one other user. Amazing, since there are about 80-120
downloads every month :-)
So please feel free to use them - and report any kind of feedback :-)
