I would rerun jigdo, i think it would download the file again.
If this would fail I would report this to the mirror maintainer and use
another mirror.

And if the iso on the rsync server is brocken?
I really like rsync and use it for my daily backup, but i don't see a
reason to use it together with jigdo.
