internet in order to begin using it and (using it in Spanish), it would be 
very desirable that someone send to me (an address) from which I would be 
able to download it, it is for home use and some office applications.

Debian Linux is the same everywhere.  Go to www.debian.org . Set "Internet 
Explorer" to Spanish. Good luck.
