I remember fixing this, but I only did so in the 0.7.0-2 Debian package. 
Either download the latest CVS snapshot from the jigdo homepage or apply 
the Debian diff from 
<http://ftp.debian.org/debian/pool/main/j/jigdo/jigdo_0.7.0-2.diff.gz>
