yet another woody mirror in .de

Hi,

we have decided to make available the woody CD images that we
downloaded for local use.  Please add

 http://www.theorie.physik.uni-muenchen.de/debian-cd/

to the list of CD image mirrors.  Right now, there are images for
alpha, i386, powerpc and source.
