Bug#99965: Trouble rsyncing Alpha Disk Image

Also yeilded the same results, numerious times.  I even ran scandisk (I'm
using windows 98 second edition) and made a copy of the image file...then
renamed the original to a new name and renamed the copy to the original,
incase there was some weird physical disk error on my side.  I was able to
transfer the i386 image a few weeks prior using the same setup, so I'm left
to suspect that there could be either something wrong with the image file on
the remote sites (possibly the original) or something else really bizzare.
So, I'm hoping that someone else can either duplicate the problem or verify
that something happened to my system in the last week.
