Re: upgrade 2.2.rev3 to 2.2.rev4

This should be in the CD Images FAQ, but it isn't.

It *is* in the PIK README, though.

Normally, the mirrors use a structure like this:

  server.somewhere.org::debian-cd/2.2_rev4/i386/binary-i386-1_NONUS.iso
  server.somewhere.org::debian-cd/2.2_rev4/i386/binary-i386-1.iso

When you connect, the rsync server will indicate where in the directory chain
it is failing. If it is at the "2.2_rev4" directory, that means that the
mirror has yet to put up the update. It will take at least a few days for most
mirrors to get this version.

The root directory of the mirror chain varies with the mirror site. See the
rsync mirror list.

Very sadly, the information on this page is not current, but it's the only list
available. Specifically, the indicated configuration at the Linux Kernel
Archives (a major site) is all wrong. I couldn't find the Rev 4 release on
*any* of these servers.
