2.2_r4 CDs released

They're here:

  rsync://cdimage.debian.org/debian-cd/

The layout is as normal, with a 2.2_r4 directory, and a potato_test
directory, and the images hard linked between, so if you're planning
on using rsync to update a mirror, make sure you use --hard-links
and/or rename your 2.2_r3 directory.
