This isn't about a smaller CD at all. If user x does not want non-free
stuff he does not want to wait until that 200 MB comes down. He/she just
ignores the last CD and spare bandwidth.

BTW, that was the idea, but it seems that more and more people want to use
non-free software, so the next version will be a mixed one without a
separate non-free CD, just to make ppl happy :)
