hi john,

the iso maintainer has been working overtime (hmm, i wonder what his
overtime pay rate is from the debian community :-) to get the debian 2.2r3
official iso images released to the community.  it was not a trivial 
exercise (i.e minutes/hours) to make this happen, as the images will be
downloaded thousands of times so every effort is made to remove any
glitches.

th release is expected to happen shortly (next few days) to a number of
mirror sites around the world that users can fetch the ISOs from (or
build their own)
