Hello to the group of people who know more than me.

I also use the loop for CD speed increase to HDD speed.

Let us include the loopback device on our install system.

Mandrake does it now.
The hd.img floppy for Mandrake looks for your ftp archive locally on
your hdd
--or--
it asks for the location of your CD image iso file.
                                 ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

It mounts the iso image for use as a CD.

You get
blazing speed and simple usage for the folks.
