cp /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 isoimage
cat /dev/cdroms/cdrom0 >isoimage
dd if=/dev/cdroms/cdrom0 of=isoimage
dd </dev/cdroms/cdrom0 >isoimage

Any will do for binary cds.
