Actually, apt-cdrom is "broken" somewhat. Your image is perfectly allright and
very stable, but apt-cdrom has a preference for the "unstable" symlink.
This is a know "problem", and might be fixed in a next release of apt.
Just don't look at the sources.list in the meantime ;-)
