If make-pseudo-image terminates, it's finished; it does not terminate when
files are not found. (After mentioned docs, there's only a few MB left, check 
the .list file.)

Your pseudo-image is probably as complete as it gets, so move right on to the
rsync step.

But you're right that prospective-packages doesn't exist any more; the
organization of "prospective packages" has been changed very recently. Thanks
for mentioning it; references will be removed from the .list files "soon".
