The mirror: rsync-debcd.acc.umu.se It will probably have all images within an hour. (Currently lacking a arm, alpha and powerpc NONUS-images.) It is fast in both cpu and bandwidth. It will only be fast until 26/8, after that it will be the regular slow ftp.se.debian.org.
