It looks as if your mirror may be missing some pieces, or you have an
error in the CONF.sh file.  Also, the TDIR must exist.

I am having no trouble with 2.2.0 out of the box, except for having to
lower SIZELIMIT1 in CONF.sh to account for boot floppies issues.
