I hope you did read the README of the Pseudo Image Kit. There it says:
We need a list of the files that must go in the pseudo-image. These
lists are named, for example, `binary-i386-1.list', and are available
from
http://www.uk.debian.org/debian-cd/cd-images
in the appropriate directories. Use your web browser to retrieve the
`.list' files for the images you want to download; they are about 80
kB each.
