I'm sorry about your bad experiences with this CD vendor. However I can't tell
you more than you already know; people on this list normally don't have
direct contacts with CD vendors. However, you might try posting your message
to the debian-user@lists.debian.org mailing list (no subscription reqd),
chances are higher that someone can answer it there.

Oh, there is another possible line of inquiry: the server tree.uk.com has a
static IP address. Someone gave it that address, and is most probably also
receiving payment. All info on that person is readily available ;-)
