Anyone is completely free to sell CDs with (parts of) the Debian software.
There is no need to get a separate license agreement or the like, because we
make sure that all Debian software already has a license which allows anyone
to put it on CDs and sell it.(*)
If you are going to sell CDs, please refer to
http://cdimage.debian.org/
and get our Official CD images.
Because Debian is free software, you are not allowed to ask payment for the
software itself; however you _are_ allowed to charge a reasonable fee for
media and distribution costs.
