Interesting though, 'frozen'  has an updated version of 
w3-el-e20 that is updated for emacs30.20.5a  :/  ; but 
the maintainers email addr is still at msu.edu (bad email addr)

Anyone know how to get a message to Ben Pfaff <pfaffben@pilot.msu.edu> ???
