Read the README to understand the procedure in case .list files are available. 
Somewhere near the end of the README there is an example rsync command that
should convert the pseudo-image to the one on the server. You don't actually
need to have a local file available there, you can just start rsync and it
will simply transfer everything it needs from the remote end. That's what's
meant in step 1. 

(And if you don't get it working: the site in Hungary is also reachable via
FTP/HTTP -- but don't tell anyone ;-)
