IIRC it's in slinks `cdwrite' package, don't know for potato.

If you continue to have a pi-makelist target, then clearly document that
isoinfo is needed, either sources from 
  http://www.fokus.gmd.de/research/cc/glone/employees/joerg.schilling/private/cdrecord.html
or statically linked binary from the Pseudo-Image Kit ("works always") or
regular Debian package XYZ.

On the other hand, if you're going to refer to the Kit anyway, you might as
well let them get pi-makelist from there (always latest version, etc.).
